The admission procedure at Gyan Sagar International School is friendly and transparent. Admission process is completed before the start of the session (JanMarch).

• Admission is on First Come First Serve Basis.
• Admission to Grades LKG and UKG is through a formal interaction of the parents and child as well testing of class-specific basic writing skills of the child.
• Admission to Grades I and above is based on the written entrance test.
• The Registration form has to be submitted by the parents before interaction/entrance test (Date and time for the interaction/entrance test will be intimated to the parents).
• Final decision of giving admission (and in which class) is of the school based on the Test/ Interaction.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

1. Self-Attested Copy of the Birth Certificate (up to Class I)
2. School Leaving Certificate (Class II onwards) from the previous school
3. Previous class Annual Examination Marksheet
4. Residence Address Proof-Aadhar Card /Passport/Electricity Bill/Ration Card/Voter ID
5. Aadhar Card of the child and both parents
6. One passport size photograph of the child & one family photograph
7. Character certificate of child from the previous school
8. PEN number of the child from the previous school
9. Medical Fitness Report of the child including blood group.

Note: All the admissions will strictly depend upon the Age Criteria specifiedby the CBSE. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. The parents are advised to check the transport facility before applying for admission.
